"Refuse to be a Victim” helps you learn the personal safety tips and techniques you need to avoid dangerous situations and avoid becoming a victim. This 3-1/2 to 4-hour class is taught by instructors from Heritage Shooting Inc. (heritageshooting.org) and will be held at the Stone Bank Sportsman Club (wisbc.com).

We are offering this class because we know many people would like to have better awareness of how to maintain their personal safety, and this class is meant to address just that-- it “promotes situational awareness and prevention of criminal confrontation. Topics include home, automobile, phone, technological, travel, and personal security. You’ll learn a variety of common-sense crime prevention and personal safety strategies and devices that you can integrate into your daily life.”

If you or your family members are interested in participating or have questions, please call Dawn at 262-691-3200 or email dawn@ellenbecker.com.  There will be a cost of $20 for training materials-- payable to Heritage Shooting, Inc.

Registration required by November 18 to allow time to order your training materials. This course is open to everybody.  Contact dawn@ellenbecker.com for more information.

Depending on interest, additional courses on this and other safety topics may be offered.
