Event Archives - Christmas Project 2002 at Albert E. Kagel School:

A special thank you for those who helped with our Holiday Project! We were able to give 102 children new hats, mittens and treats for Christmas. Each child also received a gift bag containing; coloring utensils, books, stickers and other holiday activities. Many letters received from both the students and the teachers brightened our holiday spirit and has given us no choice but to participate in this activity every year.

Monica Pallo, a second grade Bilingual teacher at Kagel Elementary wrote,

"I am one of the second grade teachers & whose students received your wonderful Christmas gift of Beanie Baby animals. As I 'm sure you can imagine, my students were thrilled with their surprise. They showed them to me and to each other and took them to recess to begin playing with them! While most of my students' families can qualify for receiving gifts through the many charitable organizations, many do not take advantage of the opportunities& However, your gift made it possible for all of my children to receive a toy this Christmas."

The children at Kagel Elementary have reminded all of us at Ellenbecker Investment Group about the true meaning of Christmas. They continue to brighten our days and especially our holiday spirit.
