Beyond Bookworms: Local Libraries & Used Books

Description

Donating and purchasing used books is not only a “green” effort but also one of the many sustainable resources a public library provides to the community. Join us to hear Nan Champe, Director of the Pewaukee Public Library, share how libraries are a sustainable - and free! - resource in your local community.

Bring a used book to donate to their semi-annual book sale and be entered in a drawing to win a bookstore gift card! Attend in-person at our Pewaukee office or virtually on Zoom. (Drawing available for in-person attendance only.) This event is open to the community so bring a friend and a used book and join us!

Join us monthly as we learn more about the general philosophy of sustainability, plus realistic ways to reduce your impact while enjoying life. Hosted by EIG Wealth Advisor, Heather Deaton, CFP® CSRIC™.
