This is a new special interest group for veterans and any family members or friends interested in joining them. January's kick off meeting will feature Guitars for Vets (G4V). Tommy, from G4V, will share how music helps decrease anxiety, increase self-esteem, and reduce episodes of panic attacks, nightmares and flashbacks. Jeff Ellenbecker, a United States Army veteran, will be hosting this group each month.

Future meetings will take place every fourth Monday of the month and feature a new topic each time. View the flyer below upcoming dates and topics.
