Reset and unwind with a beginner level Vinyasa flow yoga class. The 30-minute class is led by Joanna Brooks, M.A. RYT, of Embody Yoga MKE. Vinyasa flow is a style of yoga that syncs movement with breath. Participants should bring a yoga mat or towel and wear clothes that allow for movement and stretching. Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot but socks, if preferred, are acceptable.
