Ashley joined Ellenbecker Investment Group in 2021 as Office Manager, serving as a welcoming first point of contact for clients in our Pewaukee office. Her passion for people and exceptional service led her to transition to HR & Marketing Specialist and, most recently, HR Coordinator. In her current role, Ashley supports the employee experience while helping foster the positive, relationship-focused culture that defines Ellenbecker Investment Group. She feels blessed to connect with clients and colleagues through all of life’s milestones and to contribute to an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
Ashley has over 20 years of experience in customer service. She started off in restaurant hospitality as a manager, before becoming the Executive Director of a local assisted living community.
Ashley lives in the Lake Country area. She and her husband have two children, a dog named Harlie, and a cat named Tinsel. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors camping, fishing and hiking. They also love watching sports and attending games, cheering on the Packers, Brewers and Bucks.
