Chris joined Ellenbecker in October 2011 as Controller and takes care of EIGs internal financial operations. Chris graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in accounting, and prior to joining EIG, was an auditor at Arthur Anderson in Chicago for several years and Assistant Controller for a commodities brokerage firm for 10 years. Following those corporate roles, Chris turned her focus to family, raising four children while running her own tax preparation business during that time. In her free time Chris enjoys running, playing soccer, golf and pickleball and time with her husband, children, and dog Sophie.
