Colin joined Ellenbecker Investment Group as an Investment Operations Associate in June of 2025 on Heather’s team after completing the firm’s summer internship program the prior year. Colin enjoys providing high quality operational service and building relationships with EIG clients with enthusiasm. He strives for efficient processing while problem solving, processing financial transactions, and keeping things moving in the background.
Colin graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Business, with degrees in Finance & Investment Banking and Entrepreneurship. He is also the son of EIG Wealth Advisor, Heather Deaton.
Outside of the office, Colin enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, and watching sports.
