Her career began in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, and she went on to finance leadership roles in public companies like Briggs & Stratton, Time Warner Cable, Merge Healthcare, and Roadrunner Transportation. Recently, she led transformation initiatives at Artera, showcasing her expertise in finance, systems, and project management.
Heather holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and actively participates in leadership development programs, nurturing her leadership growth. Outside work, she cherishes her role as a devoted wife to Rob and a mother to four grown sons—Tyler, Connor, Chase, and Thomas—who inspire her with their pursuits and achievements.
In her personal life, Heather and her family live in Wauwatosa. She and her family volunteer at their church and the Wauwatosa Curling Club.
