Nik Kibardin, MBA, CFP®

Nik joined Ellenbecker Investment Group in March 2026 as a Wealth Services Advisor & Development Leader. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a background that spans client education, advisor development, and leadership through multiple branch management roles.

A graduate of Ripon College, Nik studied Business, Chemistry, and Politics and Government. He later earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Loyola University Chicago. He has passed the FINRA Series 6, 7, 50, and 66 exams and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Nik is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions and is committed to educating and empowering them as they work toward their goals.

Outside the office, Nik enjoys spending time with his family - his wife, Anna, their two children, David and Veronika, and their two cats. During the warmer months, you’ll often find him playing soccer with his kids, volunteering as a coach for FC Wisconsin, or enjoying time with friends and family on the lakes throughout the Lake Country area. In the winter, he loves to ski. Nik is energized by the outdoors and is always eager to learn something new.
