Travis joined EIG in May 2026 as an Investment Operations Associate on Julie Ellenbecker-Lipsky’s team where he will continue to grow his knowledge and build a long-term career in financial planning. Prior to joining EIG, Travis worked in healthcare as a Doctor of Chiropractic and remains co-owner of Catalyst Wellness, bringing a detail-oriented and problem-solving approach to his role at EIG, with a focus on organization and operational excellence.
Travis earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Kansas and a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College, along with advanced certifications in rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, and movement-based treatment techniques. His experience in healthcare developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to problem-solving. Recognizing he has always had a strong interest in finance, he made the decision to change careers and entered the financial services industry which has strengthened his passion for helping individuals and families better understand and navigate their financial journey. Travis brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to his role combining operational discipline, client-focused service, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with two children, staying active through golf, strength training and fitness, and taking advantage of everything Wisconsin has to offer.
